Refund policy
Simple rule: if you are not happy within 30 days of your first payment, email support@usesahara.com from the address you bought with and say "refund". We refund the full amount to the original payment method within 5 working days. No forms, no questions, no calls.
Renewals
We email you before every renewal. If a renewal goes through that you did not want, email us within 14 days of the charge and we refund it.
Cancelling is separate from refunds
Cancelling stops future charges and is done in one click from your account page. You do not need to ask us; a refund only applies to money already taken.
Chargebacks
Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. We are faster, and a dispute freezes the money on both sides for weeks.
