Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the Sahara website, assessment and app ("the service"), provided by Sahara Health, a business registered in Poland under tax number NIP 6762560321.
What the service is
Sahara is an educational training program for the pelvic floor, delivered through an app, with a daily self-rating so you can see change over time. It is not medical care, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a clinician. We do not prescribe, sell or recommend any medication or supplement, and no doctors or other clinicians treat you through the service. See a clinician for pain, blood in urine, or any sudden change, and follow their advice over ours.
Plans and billing
Access is sold on usesahara.com. Plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout, monthly, every three months or yearly, at the price shown there. Plans renew at the price shown at checkout until cancelled. A plan credit shown at checkout is applied to that charge and to every renewal for as long as the plan stays active. If a plan starts with a free trial, a card is needed to start it, nothing is charged during the trial, and cancelling before it ends means nothing is ever charged. Prices are shown and charged in the currency of the market you buy in (US dollars in the United States, pounds sterling in the United Kingdom, Canadian dollars in Canada, Australian dollars in Australia, South African rand in South Africa) and include any applicable tax unless stated at checkout. The money-back guarantee refunds the amount charged, in that currency.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the account page linked in every email, with one click. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Money-back guarantee and refunds
The guarantee is for men who have used the program. Use the app on at least 14 days (a day counts when you train or log your rating), and ask within 30 days of your first payment: send a message through the contact form, from the email address you bought with, and say "refund". We refund the full first payment to the original payment method within 5 working days. No forms, no questions, no calls. With fewer than 14 days of use, the first payment is not refunded.
Cancelling is separate from refunds. Cancelling stops future charges and takes one click on your account page; a refund only applies to money already taken. Please message us before disputing a charge with your bank: we are faster, and a dispute freezes the money on both sides for weeks.
Access codes
Your plan includes one access code for the app. It is for your personal use on your own devices. Sharing codes or reselling access ends the plan without refund.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with the service, copy the program content for redistribution, or use the service if you are under 18.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by Polish law, and any dispute may be brought in the courts of Poland or of your country of residence if you are a consumer in the EU.
