Delete your data
This page is for the Sahara: Full-Stop Protocol app on Google Play and for usesahara.com, both run by Sahara Health. You do not need an account to use them, so there is no account to close. You can still ask us to delete everything we hold about you.
How to request deletion
- Open the contact form at usesahara.com/contact.
- Enter the email address you used at checkout. If you only used the app and never bought a plan, any email you can be reached at will do.
- Write "Delete my data" in the message.
We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days. Your plan ends with it, because the access code and subscription are part of what gets deleted.
What is deleted
- Your email address and customer record
- Access codes and the device tokens they created
- Your assessment answers
- Messages you sent through the contact form
- Analytics events linked to your purchase
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase and invoice records: for as long as Polish tax law requires, five years after the end of the tax year of the purchase. Stripe, our payment processor, keeps its own payment records under its policy.
- Anonymous usage events that were never linked to a purchase: they carry a random identifier and no name or email, and are kept for up to 24 months.
Data on your phone
Your sessions, daily ratings, goals and settings live on your device only. Uninstalling the app deletes them. We hold no copy.
Without a request
Assessment answers are deleted 24 months after your last activity. Email and purchase records are kept for the life of your plan and then as long as tax law requires.
